Mandate 01 is commission-based. We earn a retained commission from our hotel and villa partners when you book through us — at no cost to you. You pay only the trip cost directly to the property or supplier.
For most members, yes — on the first trip alone. A typical Insider Club booking at a five-star property returns complimentary breakfast, a room upgrade, and resort credit that together exceed the annual fee. Benefits vary by property, destination, and availability.
Our privileges are the result of preferred procurement status with hotel groups, villa networks, and global lifestyle partners — built through sustained volume and direct relationship, not platforms. We bypass mass-market booking channels entirely, accessing rates and benefits not available to the public.
The Private Office is a retained mandate scoped individually to your calendar. Where The Insider Club gives you a standing relationship with the desk, The Private Office assigns you a dedicated director — one person who knows your calendar, your preferences, and your household.
